Grower's Comments and General Information:

Another attractive addition to the landscape the seed geranium enjoys sun 6 to 8 hours daily as well as moist well-drained soil. Plant them when the fear of frost is gone and the soil has begun warming up. Although they will grow 8 -10 inches tall their flower heads are 4 to 5 inches across. Be sure and snap off the spent flowers to make room for the new buds coming right behind. The bottom leaves will turn yellow if the plant has been allowed to dry out too many times. These geraniums do not have a trailing habit and do best in the garden or in a container. They stand out in the garden for their bushiness and not their height. Keep in mind they will produce many flowers but a shorter plant as compared to a zonal geranium which offers height to your garden and not the bushiness.

Special Considerations:

drought tolerant
attracts butterflies & hummingbirds
